摘要: A programmable THz metamaterial, derived from the utilisation of a piezoelectric controlled microgripper as split-ring resonator (SRR), is introduced in this paper. By applying appropriate actuation voltage on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), reconfigurable complex medium, offering enhanced bandwidth tunability, attained. Several polarisation topologies are examined order to clarify interesting attributes metamaterial. Finally, thorough numerical investigations, via robust finite element method (FEM), support efficiency and reveal advantages applicability proposed device.
