摘要: The tunability of an omega–type left handed metamaterial was demonstrated at microwave frequencies via the magnetic control liquid crystal (LC) orientation. From experimental and simulation results, it is shown that pass-band can be tuned by 220 MHz changing orientation LC molecules 90°. A maximum index variation 0.25 obtained in negative regime with a measured birefringence 0.05 10 - 12GHz frequency band.
