摘要: The effects of D-glucose on the differential secretion glucagon-like (GLI) and somatostatin-like (SLI) immunoreactivity have been studied using perfused eel pancreas. During control perfusions with 2.7 mM glucose, basal GLI SLI remained essentially stable for a period 46 min, an overall mean rate 381 +/- 20 268 23 pg/min/100 mg dry wt pancrease, respectively. An acute increase in perfusate glucose to 8.3, 16.7, 33.3 resulted monophasic, dose-dependent decline over 30 min. However, return concentrations (2.7 mM) from 16.7 or did not result levels, whereas 8.3 this was achieved slowly. By contrast, without effect secretion, but at dose-dependent, biphasic pattern release evident, rapid levels during terminal perfusion glucose. results suggest that A D cells teleosts are sensitive changes concentration, and, terms secretory profiles, GLI, SLI, qualitatively similar those mammals.
