摘要: SummaryGlucagon secretion from splenic pancreata of Anolis carolinensis was not significantly increased by a 56% decrease in the concentration glucose (1 mg/ml). When reduced to 0.5 mg/ml, significant increase glucagon release observed. Arginine (10 mM) did alter secretion. The pattern under stimulatory conditions shows rapid onset and long duration. A 6 mg/ml failed release. results demonstrate utility anolian pancreas for exploring regulation dynamics
