摘要: A case report is presented of the use a jejunal microvascular free flap for reconstruction hypopharyngeal stricture caused by caustic ingestion. Although airway was reestablished, there aspiration and diplophonia. This discussed as an example effective treatment difficult problem, but one posing secondary problems arising from jejunum.
