摘要: Abstract Parameters of calibrating CaF 2 : Tm for in-phantom dosimetry therapeutically used fast neutron and 60 Co γ-ray beams have been studied. For the over-response, outside main beam at depths in phantom large fields irradiations is significant, higher its 240°C glow peak than 150°C peak. The difference photon energy dependences two peaks ( Z eff = 16.3), which responsible above effect, discussed. cyclotron-produced beams, absorbed dose component from photons less 200 keV negligible.
