摘要: In the international context it has been argued that institutional reform to leadership in local government can improve sector terms of both its democratic legitimacy and operational efficiency. Australia, despite two decades far-reaching processes across state jurisdictions, focused heavily on structural change, still faces daunting problems, yet potential political as a method alleviating these problems not fully explored.
