摘要: Candida glabrata is a second most common human opportunistic pathogen which causes superficial but also life-threatening systemic candidosis. According to the localisation of mannans and mannoproteins in outermost layer cell wall, mannan detection could be one first steps recognition cells by host innate immune system. Mannans from wall provide important immunomodulatory activities, comprising stimulation cytokine production, induction dendritic (DCs) maturation T-cell immunity. The model DCs represents promising tool study interventions throughout vaccine development. Activated induce, activate polarise responses expression distinct markers cytokines regulating adaptive responses. In addition, they are uniquely adept at decoding fungus-associated information translate it qualitatively different T helper We find out, that C. able induce proliferation splenocytes increase production TNF-α IL-4. Next, increased co-stimulatory molecules CD80 CD86 proportion CD4+CD25+ CD4+CD28+ during vitro splenocytes. Reported results capability modulate activation antigen presentation activity, influencing phenotype response stimulation.
