摘要: Abstract We aimed to evaluate the microbial community structure in microcosms containing a soil collected at landfarming (LF) site and which was artificially contaminated with oily sludge from same site. In addition we have examined hydrocarbons degradation under different bioremediation conditions. The experiment conducted during 60 days 300 g of LF 18 g sludge. treatments employed were: a) without (control); b) minimal management (LF soil + oily adjusted pH 7.0 aerated); c) bioaugmentation sludge + pH 7.0 + aeration + inoculation an adapted bacterial consortium); d) Biostimulation 7.0 + aeration + addition N P); e) native forest (to compare soil). CO 2 released captured quantified. Fifteen aliphatic (C15-C29) 17 PAHs were quantified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Microbial communities analyzed using next generation sequencing results correlated hydrocarbon rates. Bacterial families Sphingomonadaceae , Xanthobacteraceae Pseudomonadaceae Ectothiorhodospiraceae Xanthomonadaceae Comamonadaceae most abundant all microcosms. involving biostimulation removed 40% 60% respective microcosms, those 50 [PAHs] end treatments. treatments, phenanthrene, methylphenantrene, pyrene not removed.
