摘要: Abstract Amphiphilic block copolymers composed of prepoly(sebacic anhydride) and Pluronic-F68/F127 have been synthesized in different molar compositions via melt-polycondensation reaction. Poly(sebacic anhydride- co -PLF68/PLF127) thus formed was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic (NMR) techniques. The amphiphilic were used to prepare microspheres encapsulate nifedipine (NFD) the solvent evaporation technique. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) confirm incorporation Pluronic into polyanhydrides, while X-ray diffraction (XRD) performed on drug-loaded investigate crystalline nature drug after encapsulation. Scanning electron micrograph (SEM) pictures indicated spherical microspheres. Microspheres obtained size range 10–50 μm as measured laser particle analyzer. In vitro release studies NFD from poly(sebacic -Pluronic-F68/F127) pH 7.4 phosphate buffer sustained rates at higher amounts polyanhydride copolymers; there no significant difference between patterns Pluronic-F68 Pluronic-F127 copolyanhydride when same amount Pluronics used.
