摘要: For several decades, business has operated according to the tenets of neoclassical economic theory, where primary obligation corporations is maximize profit for shareholders. However, larger social mandate changed, represented by rise language such as "sustainable development", "corporate responsibility" (CSR) and "stakeholder groups." Nevertheless, theoretical shift implied use not occurred. Issues sustainable development CSR continue be justified in terms theory through rationalization "doing well doing good".
