摘要: Extant business ethics literature available for application to international demonstrates some variety but no comprehensive principles. While the domains of both and are expanding, they also becoming increasingly divergent. At same time, primacy accorded multinational enterprise in fields ignores socio-cultural political embeddedness economic activities, multiple agencies (individuals, firms, nations, etc.). Some theorists have offered view that exchange should be central building block theories on business. In this paper, it is argued could fundamental unit analysis as well. The potentially unifying features norms ethical principles leads author develop core tested three recent practices.
