The paraquat sold more than 130 countries around world be used well large farms. easy availability this poison makes it a commonly employed agent for suicide. More 93% deaths due poisoning are suicidal nature them occurring developing countries. clinical features vary from case based on amount type compound consumed. As fatal condition, early diagnosis proper management warranted which can reduce morbidity mortalities. But sometimes not save victim our case. We present wherein succumbed acute respiratory distress following consumption paraquat.
