摘要: The effect of the presence an intermetallic compound on microstructure, crystalline anisotropic orientation, and perpendicular magnetic hysteretic properties was investigated based CoRe CoCr alloys. results suggest that a phase segregation causes formation compound, Co3Cr, in Co‐rich alloy film. Consequently, it leads to growth isolated columnar particles because fact composition lies within two‐phase region diagram. For homogeneous alloys at high temperature, resultant microstructures deposited film show equiaxial characterized by large grain diameter.
