摘要: Dicyanovinyl (DCV) end-capped oligomers 1–7 containing fused benzo[2,1-b:3,4-b′]dithiophene (BDT) and naphtho[2,1-b:3,4-b′]dithiophene (NDT) as central cores have been synthesized characterized. These show excellent thermal stability due to the insertion of ring system thus allowing purification by gradient sublimation in high yield. With respect reference compound, non-fused tetramer DCV4T, new showed hypsochromic shifts absorption emission spectra larger band gaps thin films. Due lying LUMO energy levels, they exhibit sufficient offset with C60 allow for efficient charge transfer organic solar cells. At same time, low-lying HOMO levels result open-circuit voltages (VOC). As a result, planar heterojunction (PHJ) cells derived from novel provide very open circuit (VOC) up 1.21 V power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) 2.7%. Bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) devices comprising 1–4 display slightly lower VOC 1 leading 3.6%.
