摘要: This study investigated the correlation between oxidative stress status and key canine sperm parameters effect of addition a superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) combination in egg yolk tris-citrate glucose (EYT-G) extender on semen during 10 days storage at 4℃. Ten Boxer dogs were divided into two groups, fertile (F) hypofertile (H), depending pregnancy live birth rate previous year. Semen evaluation was performed day collection (D0) after 5 (D5) (D10) cooled storage. Sperm motility, kinetic parameters, DNA integrity assessed. A both F H groups observed. Total progressive motilities significantly higher treated (SOD, CAT, GPx addition) versus control D10 D5 group. (H F) D10. In conclusion, SOD, allows preservation quality for up to 4℃ dogs.
