摘要: Two actinomycete strains isolated from marine sediment samples, designated YIM M11335T (from the Indian Ocean) and 12A09T South China Sea), were obtained examined by a polyphasic approach. The two Gram-staining-positive, aerobic produced branched substrate mycelia aerial hyphae that not fragmented, no diffusible pigment was on media tested. At maturity, spore chains single spores formed mycelium, respectively. Whole-organism hydrolysates of both contained meso-diaminopimelic acid diagnostic sugars glucose galactose. Their predominant menaquinones MK-10(H4), MK-10(H6), MK-11(H4), MK-11(H6) MK-11(H8) for strain 11335T 12A09T. polar lipids detected in diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol mannoside, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylcholine, an unknown phosphoglycolipid several glycolipids, phospholipids lipids. major fatty acids (>10 %) iso-C16 : 0 C16 : 0 G+C contents genomic DNA 70.7 % 74.4 %, DNA–DNA hybridization relatedness values these isolates with type Nocardiopsis arabia DSM 45083T Streptomonospora halophila YIM 91355T supported hypothesis they are representatives different species. Based phylogenetic analysis, phenotypic genotypic data, it is concluded belong to genus Streptomonospora of family Nocardiopsaceae and N. arabia should be reclassified as representative Streptomonospora arabica comb. nov. names proposed novel species sediminis sp. (type M11335T = DSM 45723T = CCTCC AB 2012051T) nanhaiensis 12A09T = KCTC 29145T = CCTCC 2013140T), An emended description Streptomonospora is also light new data.
