Streptomonospora halotolerans sp. nov., an actinomycete isolated from soil.

摘要: A novel actinomycete, designated strain NEAU-Jh2-17(T), was isolated from muddy soil collected a riverbank in Jilin Province, northern China, and characterized using polyphasic approach. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of NEAU-Jh2-17(T) showed highest similarity to those Streptomonospora nanhaiensis 12A09(T) (99.26%), Nocardiopsis rosea YIM 90094(T) (97.31%), halophila 91355(T )(97.24%) arabica S186(T) (97.02%). Phylogenetic analysis based on sequences demonstrated that fell within cluster consisting the type strains species genus formed stable clade with S. trees generated two algorithms. Key morphological chemotaxonomic properties also confirmed affiliation Streptomonospora. cell wall contained meso-diaminopimelic acid as diagnostic diamino whole-cell hydrolysates glucose, ribose galactose. polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol (DPG), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylinositol (PI), mannoside (PIM), unknown phospholipids (PLs) glycolipids (GLs). predominant menaquinones MK-10(H2), MK-10(H8), MK-10(H6) MK-10(H4). Major fatty acids C18 : 0 10-methyl, anteiso-C17 0, C16 iso-C15 C17 10-methyl 0. DNA G+C content 71.82 mol%. However, combination DNA-DNA hybridization results some phenotypic characteristics could be distinguished its closely related relatives. Therefore, is considered represent Streptomonospora, for which name halotolerans sp. nov. proposed. ( = CGMCC 4.7218(T) JCM 30347(T)).
