摘要: Investigation of osteoclastogenesis in vivo, especially early development, has proven difficult because the accessibility these embryonic stages. Our ability to culture stem cells (ESCs) vitro overcome this difficulty as versatile can be expanded endlessly. Thus, whole process monitored cultures through microscope and with help molecular biology techniques. We have developed two methods induce osteoclasts, bone matrix remodeling cells, from murine ESCs. Surprisingly, one induction produces osteoblasts, also endothelial same dish. Hence, it is likely that ESCs mimic vivo development osteoclasts.
