摘要: Background Colonic angiodysplasia is responsible for up to a third of lower-GI bleeding cases. Argon plasma coagulation (APC) recognized treatment modality, but active decreases the ablative efficacy APC by dissipation energy. has been associated with colonic perforation. Objectives We propose novel and safe method submucosal injection saline epinephrine solution followed application APC. Patients Three patients total 10 angiodysplasias were treated this injection-APC method. Interventions Saline adrenaline (1:200,000) 2 3 mL was injected beneath before 50 W gas flow L applied onto vascular lesion until sufficient thermal effect observed. Results There no procedure-related complications. Conclusions This new angiodysplasia. may be useful in treating right-sided lesions where risks perforation are greater than rest colon.
