摘要: The following case of pachyonychia congenita is presented because administration high doses vitamin A and local treatment based on the physiology nail growth resulted in considerable clinical improvement. Report a Case 9-year-old Negro boy had deformed nails almost from birth later developed lesions glabrous skin mouth. All 20 fingers toes were similarly affected. appeared thick, it protruded beyond tip digit. It was attached normally proximal lateral grooves arched transversely. surface smooth shiny, close inspection revealed that plate itself seemed to be normal thickness consistency. being pushed upward by hard keratinous material collecting under it, so distal two-thirds dorsal formed 30 40
