Treatment of Pachyonychia Congenita

摘要: There are currently no specific treatments for pachyonychia congenita (PC). Available generally directed at manifestations of the disorder, and an effective treatment plan must recognize that different patients more or less troubled by disease. Treatment all aspects PC has been than completely satisfactory. Very few studies have compared approaches to treatment, fewer still given longitudinal follow-up efficacy patient acceptance. This review is essentially a compilation anecdotes. It was collected from physicians' reports in literature, direct communication with physicians following who answered questionnaire on Pachyonychia Congenita Project web page (http://www.pachyonychia.org/Registry.html).
