摘要: SummaryThe free radical reactivity of a number currently prescribed non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (sulindac, diflunisal, piroxicam, naproxen, ibuprofen, indomethacin and aspirin) was studied by observing their action on the polymerization acrylamide initiated thermal decomposition potassium peroxodisulfate in aqueous solution at pH 7 50°C. Analysis kinetics reaction showed that sulindac, aspirin reacted directly with carbon-centred polyacrylamide radicals, thereby retarding polymerization. The specific rate constants for radicals 7, ionic strength 0.1 M 50°C were found to be 6850, 262, 76, 30 21 M−1 s−1 respectively. mechanism is postulated involve reduction drug. On other hand, naproxen ibuprofen able react initiating SO4•- r...
