摘要: Non-expanded adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are commonly used in preclinical and clinical articular cartilage injury treatment; however, there usually insufficient non-expanded ADSCs for transplantation. This research aims to evaluate the safety efficacy of expanded ADSC transplantation a mouse model. The stromal vascular fraction from abdominal tissue was subcultured ten passages enrich expand number ADSCs. assessed by evaluating their “stemness” via ADSC-specific marker expression, expression two tumorigenesis-related genes (Oct-3/4 Nanog) using real-time RT-PCR, vivo tumor formation NOD/SCID mice. determined assessing chondrocytic differentiative potential vitro cartilage-inducing medium as well injection into mice joint failure results showed that were negative Oct-3/4 Nanog did not induce Furthermore, differentiated chondrocytes, both vivo, enhanced regeneration compared with control. These confirm safe effective treatment injured offer promising therapy degenerative cartilaginous diseases.
