摘要: Abstract Recently global attempt are focused on replacing gas flaring by environmentally friendly technologies, such as to liquid (GTL) technology. The main aim of this practice is preventing waste energy and decreasing the emission CO 2 other harmful by-product gases. In order fulfill goal, improvement GTL process efficiency seems necessary. For purpose, in work performance two different configurations compared basis hydrogen component. both, refinery purge gases used a feedstock where enter reaction side perm-selective membrane reformer. first configuration, steam reformer reactor located outside Fischer–Tropsch synthesis loop while second one placed inside loop. A portion generated in the permeated through byproduct remaining utilized reactions. simulation results aforementioned loops show that configuration better than operation. 87% utilization F–T reactions 11% production also 2% exit off separator. Further advantages alternative namely, lessening rate with value 0.8 for ones less 0.33 flaring, more 8430 barrels per day heavy fraction hydrocarbons containing gasoline butane specified (about 356.5 MMscfd)
