摘要: Abstract Mattes SJ, Martin PG, Royer TD. Walking symmetry and energy cost in persons with unilateral transtibial amputations: matching prosthetic intact limb inertial properties. Arch Phys Med Rehabil 2000;81:561-8. Objectives: To investigate the hypothesis that increasing mass moment of inertia people unilateral, amputations to match improves walking without cost. Design: Gait metabolic for six subjects were evaluated under three prosthesis loading conditions. Setting: University research laboratory. Subjects: Six ambulatory individuals amputations. Interventions: Subjects walked at 1.34m/sec conditions: (1) no added load; (2) produced a shank foot those (100% load); (3) load was half 100% condition (50% load). Main Outcome Measures: Step length, swing time, stance expenditure. Results: As became more closely matched limb, step time less symmetrical. Energy significantly greater (6% 7%) than baseline 50% Conclusions: The configuration required produce moments lower legs resulted gait asymmetry higher © 2000 by American Congress Rehabilitation Medicine Academy Physical
