摘要: The aim of the present study was to evaluate participation brain H1 and H2 histaminergic receptors on water salt intake induced by deprivation (24 h), furosemide-induced sodium depletion central angiotensinergic pharmacological stimulation in rats. Third ventricle injections receptor antagonists, mepyramine (50, 100, 200 400 nmol) cimetidine (100, nmol), were unable modify depletion. Salt elicited reduced administration mepyramine, while intracerebroventricular had no effect. Water evoked (10 ng) diminished third both cimetidine. Inhibition ingestive behaviors observed here is not a result any illness-like effect produced antagonists used, as demonstrated an avoidance test. It also shown that these compounds hedonic behavior leads rats drink tasty saccharin solution. We conclude participate control distinct physiological stimuli.
