摘要: Alterations of T-cell subsets in the lymph nodes from FIV-infected cats various clinical disease stages were examined histologically. In early stage infection (AP stage), follicular hyperplasia accompanied by expansion paracortical area was observed. Follicular involution and depletion with reduced observed ARC AIDS nodes. The maximum section entire popliteal node expanded significantly AP decreased cell density did not show a significant increase, while there reduction CD4/CD8 ratio as compared that uninfected control cats, but conversion seen. estimated total numbers CD4+ CD8+ cells increased stages. Our study indicated lymphocyte terminal FIV associated both cells. Findings obtained this might provide useful information for studying pathophysiology infection.
