摘要: Abstract Background Pediatric atopic dermatitis (PAD) is a pluricausal disease and frequently seen in dermatological pediatric practice. Therefore, it important to find common views clinical practice promote consensus among practitioners. Aiming obtain dermatologists pediatricians disseminate them widely practice, we held the PAD Consensus Forums described herein. Methods Questionnaire surveys of treatment goals drug therapy were conducted prepare topics for discussion at Forums. Reaching was defined as agreement least 70% participants. Results As result 24 25 pediatricians, obtained on 7 topics. These configure 3 (Attainment targets divided into short/medium term long term. Attainment associated with primary evaluation domains Harmonising Outcome Measures Eczema (HOME) roadmap, etc.) 4 (The number applications topical anti-inflammatory drugs acute phase selection ideal intervals between proactive therapy, etc.). Conclusions The expected help practitioners set appropriate facilitate choice treatment.
