摘要: Abstract Cell-free extracts of Trypanosoma cruzi, Leishmania donovani , and L. mexicana cultivated in a medium supplemented with 5% fetal calf serum, contain factor that induces lysis mammalian red blood cells Vero cells. All the lytic activity was found insoluble fraction parasite obtained after centrifugation at 100,000g for 2 hr. The agent is pronase, trypsin, temperature resistant. optimum pH effect 6.5. Normal several species had different sensitivities to agent. lipid phase T. cruzi extract contains total activity. Albumins animal 1 mg/ml, completely inhibit extracts.
