摘要: Abstract A technique is described for quantifying the in vitro penetration of vertebrate cells by trypomastigotes Trypanosoma cruzi. It was found that parasites are distributed among host a manner negative binomial distribution. The rate at which penetrate bovine embryonic skeletal muscle (BESM) decreased exponentially time this system. exponential decrease dependent upon concentration parasites, being faster more concentrated suspensions trypomastigotes. significantly lower canine kidney and HeLa when compared to cells. Within single population BESM cells, smaller were penetrated rapidly than larger ones per unit cell area.
