摘要: The origination of the peak at 730 nm in delayed fluorescence (DF) spectrum chloroplasts was studied using various optical analysis methods. DF showed that main emission about 685 nm, with a small shoulder when chloroplast concentration < 7.8 µg/mL. intensity decreased, while increased, concentrations were increased from to 31.2 With concentra- tion increasing, became dominant finally disappeared. decay kinetic curves decayed as same speed during entire relaxation process (0.5-30.5 s). excitation wavelength stronger spec- trum nm. absorption demonstrated ratio A685:A730 remained almost constant increased. results suggest appearing is mainly contributed by photosystem I (PSI), generated re-absorption band DF.
