摘要: It is well-known that the use of off-site manufacture (OSM) techniques can assist in timely completion a construction project though utilisation such may have other disadvantages. Currently, OSM uptake within Australian industry limited. To successfully incorporate practices project, it crucial to understand impact adoption on processes used during project. This paper presents how systematic process-oriented approach be able support Process modelling, analysis and automation which are Business Management (BPM) discipline been applied develop collection process models represent end-to-end generic value chain. The chain enables researchers identify key activities, resources, data, stakeholders involved each defined phase. then as basis for identification potential intervention points collaboration with domain experts from industry. ensures resulting changes reflect needs various relevance practice. As such, illustrates role thinking play assisting
