摘要: Abstract We have studied by Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffraction (GIXD) the strain field induced periodic triple steps on a Si(7710) surface that is vicinal of Si(111) 10° misoriented towards [ 11 ¯ 2 ] direction. find well described an elastic model in which are modelized parallel rows buried dipoles. The best fit experimental results reached basis (7710) structure proposed Teys et al. (Surface Science 600 (2006) 4878). so-obtained dipole characteristics amplitude (decomposed stretch component PT = 1.5 nN and torque PS = 0.2 nN) as lever arm Ω = 170° force Φ = 81° orientations dipole. also determine prefactor interaction energy between Ael. = 0.52 eV A we discuss light other independent measurements.
