摘要: Abstract Background Safety of HPV vaccines is still in question due to reports autoimmune diseases (ADs) following immunization. Objectives To assess the risk ADs associated with vaccination female adolescents/young adults France. Methods Systematic prospective case-referent study conducted risks real-life use vaccines. Cases were 11–25 years old incident [central demyelination/multiple sclerosis (CD/MS), connective tissue disease (CTD), Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), type-1 diabetes (T1D), thyroiditis (AT), and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)]. consecutively prospectively identified at specialized centers across France (2008–2014) individually matched by age place residence referents recruited general practice. Risk was computed using multivariate conditional logistic regression models adjusted for family history ADs, living (north/south), co-medications co-vaccinations. Results With a total 478 definite cases 1869 referents, all combined negatively an odds ratio 0.58 (95% confidence interval: 0.41–0.83). Similar results obtained CD/MS, AT, CT, T1D, last two not reaching statistical significance. No association found ITP GBS. Sensitivity analyses combining possible secondary time window showed similar results. Conclusion Exposure increased within period studied. robust case definitions windows exposure. Continued active surveillance needed confirm this finding individual ADs.
