摘要: Abstract A nonchalcogenide inorganic blu-ray super-resolution near-field optical disk was successfully developed using an Al-based metallic glass as the recording layer. Data were recorded based on large reflectivity change obtained during transformation from amorphous state to crystalline upon laser irradiation. The and thermal properties of Al90Ni3Gd7 thin film studied. crystallization melting temperatures higher more thermally stable than that conventionally used Ge2Sb2Te5 chalcogenide phase-change material. also demonstrated fast response blue laser. Dynamic performance this new structure showed good carrier-to-noise ratio readout stability.
