摘要: • A technique utilizing the midfacial degloving approach in repair of nasal septal perforations 24 patients is reported. The midface was limited to with greater than 3 cm and failed prior attempts at surgical closure. Bilateral posteriorly based unipedicled flaps were utilized Complete closure accomplished 75% (18/24) cases, a follow-up one three years. Complications included reperforation 25% (6/24) cases partial vestibular stenosis 20% (5/24) cases. modification our technique, relining floor postauricular full-thickness skin grafts, has alleviated stenosis.
