Work-related Stress and the General Health of Nursing Staffs in Zahedans’ Hospitals Emergency Wards(2004)

摘要: Introduction: Medical professionals are often under the influence of stress due to responsibility providing patients with comfort and care.  Working conditions in hospitals create much anxiety can affect health staff, especially nurses.  This study was designed investigate job stressors nursing personnel emergency wards Zahedans’ during 2004. Materials & Methods : descriptive investigated levels occupational general 63 nurses working city Zahedan.  It conducted using Goldberg Standard General Health Questionnaire-28 as well a questionnaire indicating managerial, interpersonal, physical personal stresses. Results: The results showed that tension-creating factors studied individuals were mostly care-related (2/54) managerial (2/28) respectively. higher than nurse hands (Behyars). Statistical analysis (T-test) significant difference between regarding (p=0/02) (p=0/03). There also significantly negative correlation level amongst staffs job-related (r=-0.3). Conclusion: prevalence this necessitates modification management structures, reduction of  stress.  Such improvements might reduce degree psychological pressure burnout help improve mental nurses.
