摘要: In this paper, the stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) and backward Raman (BSRS) excited by a focused Gaussian laser in liquid water with different attenuation coefficients are investigated experimentally. Experimental results indicate that relationships between SBS BSRS not merely competitive; former has an obvious amplifying effect on latter. Also, two physical mechanisms were discussed order to explain these phenomena.
