摘要: In nerve and glial cells in the extracellular spaces of nervous systems pH changes can be evoked by neuronal activity, neurotransmitters, active cellular regulation, secondary transporters carrying acid/base equivalents, metabolic processes. particular, neurotransmission mediated glutamate, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) or glycine as transmitters, is associated with intra-and changes, which large rapid, not unlike some intracellular calcium transients. However, those that rise then recover, shifts occur two directions, namely alkaline directions. Indeed, because several fluxes different time courses may elicited a stimulus, e.g., brief train action potentials, particularly spaces, multiphasic. These (pHo) turn affect electrical synaptic activity neurons.
