摘要: Using synthetic oligomers we investigated fresh samples of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) for the presence mutated ras oncogenes. Our original results showed that five eight contained a mutation in codon 13 N-ras gene. In subsequent study involving 37 samples, found only one N-ras-13 mutation, and, addition, mutations 61 gene four cases and 12 Ki-ras two cases. Amplification genes was not observed. We conclude approximately 20% to 25% AML cases, oncogene is present, predominantly The occurrence does correlate with cytological features leukemia.
