摘要: Objective To characterise the role of VEGF, EG-VEGF and its receptors in development progression HNC. Design Human serum tissues samples were collected from healthy, epulis HNC patients used for ELISA assays immunohistochemistry studies, respectively. Setting Ibn Rochd Hospital Casablanca (Morocco), INSERM University Grenoble Alpes (France). Participants We 64 with head neck cancers 71 controls without general pathology. Tissues seven OSCC Epulis. Main outcome measures compared circulating VEGF normal determined expression, localisation quantification receptors; PROKR1 PROKR2 as well Ki67, CD31 CD34 Epulis patients. Results Both levels significantly decreased (P < .01). expressed less proteins, higher no change levels. A significant increase Ki67 was observed OSCC. Conclusions demonstrated that are downregulated tissue. increased OSCC, along a stabilisation two key markers angiogenesis. These findings strongly suggest downregulation angiogenesis might explain moderate metastatic feature.
