摘要: Urban malaria has become an important issue in the overall strategies control/eradication of India. This chapter highlights fact that unplanned and haphazard developmental activities have resulted deteriorating urban environments, which turn created conducive breeding areas for certain vectors such as Anopheles stephensi. identifies regions where surfaced early 1962–1963 implicates construction activities, green belts, poor water drainage conditions slums major factors responsible spread malaria.
