Results Good healing observable 6 months postoperatively. height reduction measured on insignificant (mean 0.68 mm). Only minor complications occurred. Implant 95%. Prosthodontic successfully performed in all cases, resulting an improvement function. Histological analysis 1 biopsy showed minimal resorptive changes otherwise very dense bone. Conclusion Augmentation is promising alternative mandible.
