摘要: The functional rehabilitation for severely resorbed mandibles has been a challenge dentists and oral surgeons. We present 2-year follow-up case of successfully treated by soft tissue matrix expansion cranial bone graft with nonremovable screw-retained acrylic resin prosthesis supported 4 dental implants.
