摘要: Renal cell carcinoma has the ability to metastasize any organ; about 16 % of affected patients present initially with metastasis. However, it is rare for this tumor metastasis from an unidentified primary. The current use immunohistochemistry and molecular genetics enabled clinicians reach a precise diagnosis. It been hypothesized that treatment protocol metastatic renal can be applied cases undetectable In paper, novel case presenting lymphadenopathy no evidence primary lesion reported Kuwait cancer center.
