摘要: A method includes receiving streaming media data having an original frame and index referencing the frame; determining optimal session bitrate, wherein bitrate is based on available network bandwidth between a server terminal; allocating budget for output by estimating size of bitrate; generating processing first encoding parameters and, if allocated greater than processed frame, padding providing frame.
