摘要: A new transmission rate control for wireless multimedia streaming is introduced using RTCP feedback about the status of client buffer. Here, extended RCTP used as described within 3GPP PSS standard. Compared with algorithms from literature buffer overflows are always avoided and higher utilization achieved.
