摘要: An apparatus and method for detecting a magnetic field has been described incorporating material which switches from an antiferromagnetic order to ferromagnetic upon the application of wherein is FeRh, FeRu, FePd or MnPt, heating element controlling temperature current source sensing change resistance determine when ferromagnetically ordered. The invention overcomes problem small changes in magnetoresistive sensors operating only order.
