摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing oligosaccharide syrups, in particular the production syrups having high concentration saccharides with degree polymerization at least 2, comprising steps of: enzymatic reaction substrate temperature range 50 °C 100 obtaining saccharide solution monosaccharides and disaccharides, trisaccharides higher saccharides; nanofiltration 60 syrup essentially recovering said syrup; optionally recycling permeate resulting from step reaction.
